1. Go to Run and type WF.msc to Open Windows Firewall Console.

2. In windows Firewall Console, Right Click on Inbound Rules and Click New Rule.

3. In New Inbound Rule Wizard, Under Rule Type Tab, Click "Port" Radio Button and Click Next.

6. In New Inbound Rule Wizard, Under "Profile" Tab, select "Domain" Radio button, to make sure only machines under your domain will be able connect, unless you want it to be public which can be a security issue and click next.

7. In New Inbound Rule Wizard, Under "Name" Tab, provide a meaningful Name in Name Textbox and Meaningful Description in Description tab and click next.

Make sure, You have included this in group policies if any.
